Where the settings are
The gear button opens the menu: the tunnel (or the Journey), time of day, rain, traffic, the lamps, sound and radio, Bedtime and Extra safe. "More" opens the grown-ups area with language, play time, restoring a purchase and feedback.
Bedtime and Extra safe
Bedtime makes the ride dim, warm, night-time and quiet, and can switch itself on in the evening. Extra safe (under Lights) avoids strong pulsing from the tunnel lamps, for children who are sensitive to flicker. They are comfort settings, not a medical product.
The "Parents only" question
Before the purchase screen or the grown-ups area opens, the app asks a short arithmetic question, so a young child cannot buy or change anything by accident. Answer it to continue; go back to leave without changing anything.
I bought it, but the tunnels are still locked
Tap any locked tunnel, answer the "Parents only" question, and on the purchase screen tap "Already purchased? Restore". The app asks the App Store (or Google Play) for your purchase and unlocks the tunnels.
Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple ID (or Google account) that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us and we will help.
The radio is silent or plays the same song
One song per station is built in. More songs download while the radio is on and the device is online, and stay on the device afterwards. Offline, the radio plays what it already has.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's order history.
Your data
The app has no account and collects no personal information. It sends only anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify your child; the privacy policy explains exactly what. You can also make a request on our data deletion page.
