Traffic Light Simulator — Support

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Something not working, or a question about the app? Write to us at [email protected]. A real person reads every message. It helps if you tell us your device, which signal was on screen, and what happened.

What is free, and what the purchase does

Every signal in Traffic Light Simulator is free. After a stretch of play the app suggests a short break. One optional one-time purchase, "Play Without Breaks", removes those break reminders for good. That is all it does. It is not a subscription and it never renews.

The "Parents only" question

Before the purchase screen opens, the app asks a short arithmetic question, so a young child cannot buy anything by accident. Answer it and the purchase screen appears; go back to leave without buying.

I bought it, but the breaks still appear

Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchases", or open the purchase screen and tap "Already purchased? Restore". The app asks the App Store (or Google Play) for your purchase and removes the breaks.

Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple ID (or Google account) that made the purchase. If it still does not work, email us and we will help.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's order history.

Your data

The app has no account and collects no personal information. It sends only anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify your child; the privacy policy explains exactly what. You can also make a request on our data deletion page.
