These terms govern your use of Elevator Inspector, an app by Gentle Motion ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
What Elevator Inspector Does
Elevator Inspector is a calm, hands-on elevator game. In the app you can:
- Ride a variety of elevators, each with its own look, sounds, and voice
- Press the floor buttons and listen to the doors, the motor, and the announcements
- Fix little maintenance puzzles behind the panels and tidy up the cabin
- Find and collect hidden treasures as you play
No Account Needed
Elevator Inspector works fully offline. There is no sign-in, no registration, and no personal information required to play. Your settings and progress are stored locally on your device.
Free to Play and the One-Time Purchase
Elevator Inspector is free to play. There is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full experience — every elevator and feature, yours forever. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- The purchase is handled entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, subject to their pricing and refund policies
- We do not collect or store any payment information
- The purchase is presented behind a simple parents-only check, so it is not made by accident
For Children and Families
Elevator Inspector is made to be enjoyed by children. To keep it safe:
- There are no third-party advertisements
- There are no chat features, social features, or ways to share personal information
- The optional purchase is gated behind a parents-only check before it can be made
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising in-app purchases on their device and for any store-level controls they wish to set.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app
Provided "As Is"
Elevator Inspector is provided for entertainment, "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it pleasant and bug-free, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentle Motion shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Elevator Inspector.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
