Elevator Inspector — Support

Something not working, or a question about the app? Write to us at [email protected]. A real person reads every message. It helps if you tell us your device, which elevator you were in, and what happened.
What is free, and what the purchase unlocks
Two elevators, the Goods Lift and the Observatory, are free. One optional one-time purchase unlocks the other 12 elevators. That is all it unlocks — everything else in the app is free. It is not a subscription and it never renews.
The "Parents only" question
Before the purchase screen opens, the app asks a short arithmetic question, so a young child cannot buy anything by accident. Answer it and the purchase screen appears; tap "Go back" to leave without buying.
I bought it, but the elevators are still locked
Tap any locked elevator, answer the "Parents only" question, and on the purchase screen tap "Already purchased? Restore". The app asks the App Store (or Google Play) for your purchase and unlocks the elevators.
Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple ID (or Google account) that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us and we will help.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's order history.
Your data
The app has no account and collects no personal information. It sends only anonymous usage statistics and crash reports that cannot identify your child — the privacy policy explains exactly what. You can also make a request on our data deletion page.
