Contract Eye uses artificial intelligence to analyze your documents. While we work hard to make the analysis as accurate and helpful as possible:

- Suggestions are starting points for negotiation, not legal advice
- Results may vary depending on contract complexity and language
- The app does not provide legal advice or legal opinions
Your Decisions
Contract Eye is an informational tool designed to help you make more informed decisions about contracts. You are responsible for all decisions you make regarding your contracts, including whether to sign, negotiate, or walk away.
Purchases
Contract Eye offers time-based access through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Purchases are:
- Non-recurring — there are no subscriptions or auto-renewals
- Processed by the respective app store, not by us
- Subject to the refund policies of the app store where you purchased
Digital Signatures
The app allows you to draw a signature and apply it to PDF documents. These are self-signed digital certificates. Their legal validity may vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether the signing method meets the requirements of your situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentle Motion shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Contract Eye, including but not limited to decisions made based on the app's analysis, contracts signed using the app, or errors in AI-generated suggestions.
