Gentle Motion ("we", "our", or "us") built Contract Eye. This page describes how we handle your data.

- We do not store your contracts on our servers
- We do not require account registration
- We do not display advertisements
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
How Your Contracts Are Processed
When you analyze a contract, the text is sent to our servers for AI processing:
- Contract text is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS)
- We use Google Gemini AI to analyze your documents
- Contract data is processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after analysis is complete
- Analysis results are stored locally on your device only
Data Stored on Your Device
Contract Eye stores your analysis history, preferences, and any filled/signed documents locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it (e.g. sharing a signed PDF). You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app.
Analytics
We collect anonymous usage data to understand how the app is used and make improvements. This includes:
- Screen views and feature usage (anonymized)
- Crash reports for fixing bugs
Analytics data is processed on our own servers (Matomo and GlitchTip) and is never shared with third parties. We do not collect personally identifiable information.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Your Rights
You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app. Because our analytics data is fully anonymous, it cannot be tied to any individual user.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
